Jen Trzeciak, Mental Health Occupational Therapist

Jen Trzeciak, founder of Way Ahead Therapy is a registered Occupational Therapist with over 20 years clinical experience in mental health services. She specialises in working with young people (aged 12-25) and in workplace wellbeing. Jen founded Way Ahead Therapy in response to the gaps in HSE service provision.

Jen is registered with CORU , the Health and Care Professions Council and a member of the Association of Occupational Therapists of Ireland and of the World Federation of Occupational Therapists.

Jen has contributed to RTE1’s Drivetime Study Hub and a range of podcasts- check it out.
