What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational Therapists are health professionals who offer support to enable you to live life to the full. At Way Ahead Therapy we work with people who are experiencing difficulties due to their mental health which are affecting their day to day life and activities. Common issues include:

We work with you to identify your goals and what you would like to achieve through therapy. We then look at developing skills, strategies and new ways of coping to allow you to do the things you want to do and live a more meaningful and satisfying life.
