Sinead is a CORU-registered Senior Occupational Therapist based in Galway, with over 18 years of experience working across Ireland and Australia. Her background includes Adult Mental Health, CAMHS, Intellectual Disability, and Old Age Psychiatry.

Sinead provides Occupational Therapy in Galway for teenagers and adults, with a particular focus on supporting mental health, emotional wellbeing, and everyday functioning.


Sinead works with teenagers and adults who may benefit from support with:

Experience and training

Sinead has extensive experience supporting both teenagers and adults across a variety of mental health settings.

She is currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Education and is training as a Trainer in Trauma-Informed Practice within the HSE.

Sinead is a busy mum of two who enjoys travelling, as well as going to concerts and comedy gigs.
