Kerry-based Occupational Therapist

Raedin O’Connor is a Kerry-based Occupational Therapist with extensive experience working in mental health services in both the UK and Ireland.
Raedin has a wide range of experience working with young people and their parents at Jigsaw, the National Centre for Youth Mental Health. Prior to this, Raedin worked in Adult Mental Health in the NHS.

As an Occupational Therapist, Raedin is passionate about exploring what is important to her clients and uses a collaborative, empowering approach to help people get to where they want to be.
Raedin is currently offering online support, and works with young people (twelve and up) and adults. Being a mother to three small boys (7,5 and 4 years old), Raedin is particularly interested in working with mothers and parents, in helping support their own mental health and the mental health of their families.
Raedin is CORU registered (the regulator for health workers and social care professionals) and a member of the AOTI (Association of Occupational Therapists of Ireland).
In her spare time, Raedin loves writing fiction, reading, swimming and cycling. She has a particular interest in getting away from screens and getting out in nature.
