1. Booking Confirmation
A place at the workshop or event is confirmed once payment has been received in full through the booking system.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking:
• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non-refundable.
However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another practitioner. Please notify Way Ahead Therapy (info@wayaheadtherapy.ie) in advance with the name and contact details of the person attending.
3. Event Changes or Cancellation
Way Ahead Therapy reserves the right to postpone or cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (for example illness, venue issues, or insufficient numbers).
In this situation, participants will be offered either:
• A transfer to a future workshop date, or
• A full refund of the workshop fee.
Way Ahead Therapy cannot accept responsibility for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred.
4. Professional Participation
This workshop is designed for qualified practitioners or professionals working in therapeutic, counselling, or helping professions. Participants are responsible for ensuring the workshop is suitable for their professional needs.
5. Educational Content
The workshop is intended for educational and professional development purposes. Participation does not constitute supervision, therapy, or clinical consultation.
6. Confidentiality and Professional Conduct
Participants may share aspects of their professional experiences during the workshop. All attendees agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of others and not disclose identifiable information outside the workshop setting.
7. Liability
While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive learning environment, Way Ahead Therapy cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the workshop except where required by law.
