Supporting Neurodivergent Teens and Adults in Roscommon

Whether you’re a teenager navigating school-related stress, sensory overload, or emotional regulation, or an adult seeking support with ADHD, autism, anxiety, or executive functioning, this service offers a compassionate and neuro-affirming approach. Sessions are available:

What Is Neuroaffirming Occupational Therapy?

Neuroaffirming OT support recognises and respects neurodivergent ways of thinking, processing, and interacting with the world. Rather than focusing on deficits or trying to “fix” individuals, this approach:

  • Builds on strengths
  • Supports autonomy
  • Addresses sensory needs and emotional wellbeing
  • Provides practical tools for daily life
