Occupational Therapy support for Adults
At Way Ahead Therapy, we offer specialised mental health Occupational Therapy support for adults facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, low mood, low self-esteem, stress, social or relationship difficulties, schizophrenia, and sleep issues. We also provide tailored, neuro-affirmative support for individuals with ADHD, Autism, and other neurodivergent experiences.
You don’t need to have a formal diagnosis or referral to seek support with us. Many people experience emotional distress without identifying with a particular label or condition. Whether you’re going through a difficult period, feeling overwhelmed, or trying to make sense of things, Way Ahead Therapy is here to help. We offer a free, informal consultation to help you decide if our services are the right fit for your needs. Contact us to see if the service is right for you.
