Jen Trzeciak is a seasoned Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist. She has over 25 years of experience in mental health services across Ireland and the UK. As the founder of Way Ahead Therapy, she has been featured on RTÉ Radio 1’s Drivetime Study Hub. She also co-hosts The Irish Occupational Therapy Podcast, where she engages with experts on topics ranging from youth mental health to neurodiversity.
