Eimear is a Senior Occupational Therapist based in Cork. She has over 12 years of experience in hospital, hospice, youth mental health, and higher education disability services. She specialises in mental health support and neurodiversity in Cork, offering a neuroaffirmative, compassionate, and holistic approach to wellbeing.

Her work focuses on helping people build resilience, self-confidence, and emotional regulation through practical strategies and therapeutic support.
